We’re 100% web-based and do not require downloads, allowing you to access the system anytime, anywhere.

Our mortgage loan origination system includes an administration interface, which allows selected users to create and control different pieces of functionality in the system. Administration users may adjust user rights based on defined user groups (processors, underwriters, closers, etc.) and control up to more than 50 automated email notifications that can notify your entire staff of the various stages a loan may be in.

The system includes a pipeline view for your loans, which allows you to easily search loans by name, date range, loan status or loan number and gives you quick access to the 1003, credit reports, AU finding(s), lock confirmation, loan status and underwriting approval and conditions. Avista Agile LOS™ has an onsite component DataMart, which allows for real-time data, advanced reporting and third party integrations. Post closing functions include Funding, Collateral Tracking, Shipping, I&G, Trades (pair off and allocation), Interim Servicing and Accounting.

To save you the hassle of rekeying data, Avista’s partner service integrations allow you to order credit, AU, flood zone determination, MI, appraisal, compliance check and loan documents in just a click. And all users can rest assured that their information is completely safe within Avista – we’re SAS-70 Type II compliant and maintain two redundant data centers that are also SAS-70 Type II compliant.

Our Consumer Direct Mortgage Website connects you to your borrowers and potential borrowers, providing a website that allows consumers to learn about your company and products, apply for a loan, utilize tools such as payment and amortization schedule calculators and login to view their loan’s progress. A simple administrative interface allows you to control the content and settings on your Consumer Direct website.
