We know that you may have many questions about our system after the
implementation process is complete. That’s why we have a highly
trained support staff – knowledgeable in both technology and mortgage
banking – that’s here to help when you need them. Our technical
support hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In
addition to our regular hours, on call support is available to our
customers 24/7. Our technical support staff can be reached at
(843) 619-4800 or by opening a ticket in
AvistaFlow.
Our customers also enjoy the convenience of
AvistaFlow,
our online ticket tracking tool. With AvistaFlow, you can enter and
submit requests for technical support, track the status of your open
tickets and receive direct e-mail updates from us about your tickets.
Our ticket archive tool allows you to look back and view your ticket
history complete with information about each closed ticket.
Avista also sends out its A-Team to customers’ offices to conduct
“tune-ups” when a site enhancement or additional training is needed.
It is very important to us that technical problems interfere as
little as possible with your ability to conduct business efficiently.
