Product Eligibility, Pricing & Rate Lock

The Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent Platforms of Avista Agile LOS™ come equipped with Avista Product Advisor™, a built-in Product Eligibility, Pricing and Rate Lock engine, at no additional cost. It allows your users to search for qualifying loans after entering a borrower’s information and immediately receive a list of qualifying and disqualifying products, including specific reasons for disqualification. Users will enjoy the convenience of up to the minute pricing updates and the ability to complete rate locks and lock extensions. Reporting is another useful feature of Avista Product Advisor™, which allows your secondary marketing employees, retail loan officers, brokers and correspondents to look back and conveniently view their past lock information.

Avista Product Advisor™ lets you easily create and manage your own menu of products within the Administrative site. You can assign products by channel; customize product eligibility and price adjustment rules; assign names and codes to your products for clear identification; create multiple price arrays allowing varied pricing across each channel and set price adjustments to be viewable or hidden to the user. Rate and rate sheet management is also simple to accomplish with Avista Product Advisor™ – you can update rates at any time, providing real time rates to each channel; upload rate sheets that are viewable outside of your product search and decide which rates and products are available and/or viewable according to a user’s role assignment.
