An administrative interface allows for individual processing, rate and pricing updates, and content management. The Correspondent Platform also includes a multi-user view closing calendar for loan closing approval, assignment, and scheduling by the lender.
Avista Agile™ Retail is a private labeled, fully secure comprehensive web solution for retail mortgage lenders. Website functionality includes the submission of data to DU® and LP® as well as credit, flood and appraisal vendors. There is also a pipeline view of all loans with loan-level access to the 1003 data set, credit report, and AU finding(s). Different user roles can be enabled to grant access to various pipeline views and functionality with the site. The Loan Officers can be grouped allowing for multiple pricing and product segmentation. Avista Agile™ Consumer Direct is a private labeled, fully secure website that includes an online mortgage application with an instant pre-approval for consumers. The pre-approval letter includes consumer friendly Desktop Underwriter® automated underwriting conditions and lender specific underwriting conditions. In addition, customers may also submit a Rapid Reply form or an online application which appears in the lender pipeline view. Lenders can customize the website with modules they want available to the consumers (i.e., rates, programs, news, etc.) as well as update website content. Each Loan Officer has a personalized website including contact information, experience, and a photo that can be updated easily through our Content Management feature.
