Mark W. Phlieger
Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Avista Solutions, Mark co-lead Dexma’s private label web development program with Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Dexma Mark was Director of e-Business for Resource Bancshares Mortgage Group. He was responsible for the company’s e-Business strategy envisioning and leading the creation and operation of e-RBMG, a B2B transaction website. Prior to RBMG Mark spent over seven years at Fannie Mae. Mark was responsible for the sale and implementation of Desktop Originator (DO) and Desktop Underwriter (DU) with national and major lenders in the Southeast. Prior to this Mark was a member of the team that developed DO and DU. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida.
Judy B. Phlieger
Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Avista Solutions, Judy co-lead Dexma’s private label web development program with Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Dexma, Judy was with Resource Bancshares Mortgage Group for more than 10 years. As Director of Loan Operations for RBMG, her management responsibilities included the operational areas of underwriting, funding, loan review, business development, product development and e-Business. She was responsible for all credit/underwriting policies for the agency eligible business. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from Winthrop University and has served on several advisory boards for Fannie Mae.
Gart D. Davis
Chief Strategy Officer / Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Avista Solutions, Gart ran ProsoftTraining.com’s vendor neutral-certification programs and customized program development for companies such as IBM, Arthur Andersen, and Price-Waterhouse-Coopers. Prior to ProsoftTraining.com Gart founded The Chapel Hill Group, an independent training organization focusing on Internet certification. Previous to The Chapel Hill Group, Gart was a founding member of Cambridge Technology Partners, a Client/Server Rapid Application Development consultancy. He launched CTP's UK operations, architecting many of the major European application development efforts. He also created the customer empowerment program, which he delivered for more than twenty CTP customers, including Fannie Mae, Hughes, Mobil and Lockheed. Gart holds a Computer Science and Psychology degree from Cornell University.
Michael Picker
Vice President-Sales
Prior to joining Avista Solutions, Michael Picker was a Regional Account Executive with Dynatek for over 8 years. He was a top producer at Dynatek and was responsible for sales revenue in 17 states. He was named Salesman of the Year in 2001 and 2005. Prior to Dynatek Michael founded Clear Solutions, a Midwest distributor of environmental products. Clear Solutions ranked among the top 10 volume producers out 1,800+ in the U.S.A. Michael also served on the Presidential Advisory Council for A.H.P., Inc. from 1993-1997. Mr. Picker holds a BA in Business Administration from Culver-Stockton College and a Masters of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
