Avista Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a Sales Executive position focused on
selling the Avista Lending Suite of mortgage origination solutions to mid to large mortgage bankers
within the United States. This position can be home office based and relocation is not required.
Requirements
Avista is seeking candidates with 3-5 years or more experience in enterprise level mortgage
software sales. We will also consider mortgage banking executives with a strong account base.
Successful candidates will be relationship-based sellers who are professional, aggressive, driven
and motivated to excel. Candidates must have a proven track record in prospecting and developing
major accounts. Candidates must also have the ability to establish, develop and leverage relationships
with C-level contacts. Excellent prospecting, communication (written and verbal), and negotiating skills
are required.

MORTGAGE BUSINESS ANALYST
Location

Responsibilities
- Provide system implementation services, ongoing design, and product management support
- Assist customers with the implementation and maintenance of new mortgage products on the Avista product eligibility, pricing and rate lock system
- Review investor product matrixes, underwriting guidelines, rate sheets, and setup underwriting eligibility and pricing rules on the Avista product eligibility, pricing and rate lock system
- Research and resolve customer reported product eligibility and price adjustment rule issues
- Test mortgage products on the Avista product eligibility, pricing and rate lock system
Skills
A successful candidate will have 3-5 years mortgage banking experience in one of more of the
following areas: underwriting, processing, product management or systems implementation. Candidate must be a
problem solver, customer focused with excellent verbal and written skills. Degree and experience with mortgage
origination system mortgage product configuration and testing are a plus.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain software components for an innovative web-based mortgage origination system that serves a large customer base
- Upgrade, test and deploy software components as part of a rapid development lifecycle
- Participate in the architecture and design process as part of the application development team
- Evaluate current and proposed systems and recommend improvements – including improvements based on emerging software technologies and products
Skills
A successful candidate will have 2-5 years experience in web application development
on Microsoft platforms. Experience with Microsoft ASP and SQL Server, HTML, Javascript are required.
VB, C++, .NET, XML based integration and web services development experience a plus. Candidate must be
highly motivated, detail oriented with a proven performance record. A degree in computer science and
mortgage banking experience is a plus.
